Flash Games - The New Craze In Gaming

People are playing free flash games on the world wide web. The internet is being flooded with free games to play online. Kids, teens, and lazy employees around the world have discovered online arcades and are taking advantage of the free flash games they offer.

The thing with internet arcades is that they have free games to play. Not only are the games free but you can't lose or break them. Flash games don't typically have great graphics or as long as traditional games, but there are many very fun and challenging ones if you look in the right places.
Some online arcades can be very uncomfortable due to excessively flashing ads and popups. That often turns people away from them but without advertisements there would be no free online arcades. Operating a website isn't free and in order for the owner to keep providing free games they need to makes some money from it.

Many of the companies that make them are now coming out with some very exciting and elaborate flash games to play online. Because of the extensive work that goes into creating them some are not free. Luckily flash games are cheap and almost always have a free demo online with a couple levels to give you a taste of the game offers. A select few of these games had such success they became regular non flash video game. The two most known are Diner Dash (Became a PC game) and Alien Hominid (Became a Playstation 2 game).

The most advanced form of flash games are MMORPGs which stands for Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games. This type of game is a lot like an Xbox or Playstation game online in the sense that you can communicate with other players inside the game. MMORPGs sometimes have free trials or modes, but don't have as much if you don't upgrade to the paid monthly fee. The benefit of upgrading is that these games don't really have an end. The creators are constantly coming up with new features and contests to keep you interested.

A lot of free internet arcades allow you to register for free. If you register you get a profile showing everyone how many games you've played and your personal avatar image. Some online arcades have a private message feature that lets you communicate with other members just like email. With that you can make friends and ask people how they finished the level in whatever game your playing or whatever else you think of talking about.

So many websites with free games to play online are some of the most popular sites in the world. There is no questioning the reason for that right? Having free games to play online from anywhere with an internet connection is really great.

This article was written by Brad Campbell, webmaster of KingdomArcade.com, about the ever growing interest in [http://www.kingdomarcade.com ]free games to play online.

Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games by Adrian Kennelly

Since the birth of the internet, online games have been keeping thousands of people entertained worldwide. No matter what type of game you love – the World Wide Web has you covered. From Bingo to Checkers, there are hundreds of opportunities to connect with others and play twenty four hours a day. Recently, a new form of internet pleasure has become one of the most addicting and entertaining games of the year. For many, MMORPG and MUD games have taken over the industry.

For those who do not know, MMORPG actually stands for Massively-Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games. In simpler terms, this means that hundreds of users role play and are able to virtually interact with one another. Fortunately, there are dozens of different types of MMORPG games on the market. Many of these virtual role playing worlds include the ability to not only compete with other players in different countries, but to also personally get to know them. For many game addicts, it is an entirely different world – one that is much more peaceful and interesting than the one they live in. Generally, these role playing worlds tend to resemble a fairytale, complete with dragons and princesses.

While these games are widely popular today, they actually have been alive for many years. In the early 1970’s, two gameaholics named Richard Bartle and Roy Trubshaw created a role playing game through early multi user domains. Many of these games were accessed by a Telnet service. Through this client, users were able to play as many role playing games as they’d like. As a result, more games began to appear around the world. The first mainstream product was sold to the public in 1984. The game, Islands of Kesmai, was extremely expensive, and the graphics were anything but impressive. However, as the market grew, hundreds of different services popped up. For instance, Meridian 59 was released in 1996 and created a massive following. While it was one of the first internet games, it actually allowed users to pay a subscription fee, rather than pay by the hour. This change in gaming made thousands of people switch to this form of MMORPG. Due to its uniqueness and customer satisfaction, the network actually still exists today and has more users than ever.

Since the early 1990’s, MMORPG and MUD games have been swamping the internet. However, in the new millennium, technology has taken a giant leap in the gaming industry. With successes like Final Fantasy XI and Lineage II, users are able to not only see the game through the character’s eyes, but have an entire experience with the world. It is incredible for a game lover to be able to fight dragons and other characters with other role playing users. With the constant evolution of games and the internet, it is not impossible for this particular industry to climb even higher and become even more successful. Soon these role playing games will turn into virtual reality havens; places for users to meet other users and characters on an entirely different level. The opportunities are certainly endless for every type of MMORPG.

Get More Video Game Tester Jobs By Stealthily Improving Your Resume

"Improving my resume? Do you mean lie?" No, you won't have to lie to improve your video game tester resume. You don't have to embellish, exaggerate, fib, and/or stretch the truth. All you have to do is tell the truth. Worried that telling the truth will result in "Sorry, you don't have enough experience"? Well, don't be. There is a simple way for you to legitimately gain more experience and display that fact on your resume; and contrary to what you might think, it's not by "playing more games".

It's true that playing more video games will indirectly help get you more testing jobs, but thats not the "way" we're talking about. To show the, for lack of a better word, illusion of expertise, all you have to do is set up a simple website or blog. The purpose of this website/blog is to openly display your video game experience for others to see; more specifically, game developers.

How does a website or blog help? Basically, it allows possible employers to see, at some level, how involved you are with the video game industry. Obviously, they aren't going to base their entire decision on how pretty your website looks. However, it will play a small part in you being hired or rejected. So, with that being said, be sure to put some decent effort into your website or blog.

Although not having a website won't hurt your chances, having a poor website can. If you set one up and display poor information and/or act like a clown, you won't score any points with the company or developer you're applying to. As a matter of fact, you'll probably lose points.

----------------------------------------------------------

If you don't know much about creating websites, the best thing you can do is set-up a free blog at blogger.com. Choose a pre-made template and then work from there. Blogger blogs look quite nice and can give you that professional look that you're going for. It's either that or you set up your very own website and do everything completely on your own. Your choice.

-----------------------------------------------------------

Your goal here is to present yourself in a professional manner and provide as much accurate information as possible. What you add to the website/blog really doesn't matter so long as it is video game related and contains some sort of useful info. You can add reviews, previews, hints, cheats, tips, strategy guides, walk-throughs, and/or anything else that you can think of. You have to remember that these developers and game companies are looking for professional video game testers, not occasional game players who think of gaming as a "weekend hobby"; therefore, the more detailed information and content you provide, the better off you'll be.

If you're busy and don't have time to write and then add video game related information to your blog, you could always outsource it to someone else. What does that mean? It simply means you would pay someone to write the reviews, previews, and other information. Some may consider this to be a bit sneaky and dishonest, but that's up to you to decide. Generally speaking, most testers would rather be "sneaky and have an actual video game tester job" than be "honest and without a job."

Having a website/blog listed on your resume is a great reference all on it's own. It clearly shows the company your level of experience with video games and makes you appear dramatically more professional, which is exactly what you want.

Evolution of Casual Games by Jeff Fisher

Casual games are the games that are designed for an average gamer or computer user, they feature a very short learning curve, have very basic rules and do not require much strategy, anybody should be able to enjoy casual games within minutes of launch.
Since the first days of Windows operating system top casual games were Solitaire, Minesweeper and Tetris like games which regardless of their simplicity cost worldwide economy millions of dollars in office productivity due to their addicting nature.
Today there are several major casual game developers such as Big Fish Games, Relexive, iWin, RealArcade and few other publishers who deserve most credit for great success of the casual games. Not only do they output several new and revolutionary games daily, keeping all the casual and hardcore gamers playing all the addicting games non stop, they also do a great job as far as promotion of the games is concerned.
Casual game developers are creating very high quality games which they offer trial versions for, with either time limit, level limit or some other feature limitations of the game. Those trial versions are usually enough to have the gamer hooked and either keep playing the limited version or purchase the full version of the casual game.
Another way casual game developers promote the games, is by having those same casual games available in flash or shockwave on online gaming site and then allow gamers to download the own "offline" version of the game.
Regardless of simplicity and the basic nature of casual games, they are really taking off and becoming a larger share of gaming industry daily, who knows maybe thanks to all the new casual games we will finally let the basic Windows Solitaire go.

Las Vegas, Where We Start by kjm

Since the semifinals were scheduled to begin the next morning, the tie-breaking games had to be played that same night. Fourteen tired players reported to a banquet room at the Sands for the tie-breaking games which started about eight o’clock at night. I understand there was an additional player with 15 and 5 who, for reasons I have never learned, did not show up. Possibly he threw in the towel too soon by not waiting to find out if fifteen wins would make the grade. I won one of the six open finalist spots in the play that night. Another of the spots was won by Bert Shubin, a realtor from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, whom I was to see again in the final match. The next day I breezed along to reach the semifinals. The other three survivors were José Lass man, a Mexico City sweater manufacturer; Ronald Sleater, Sati Lake City businessman; and Bert Shubin.

The semis and finals were covered by closed circuit television cameras. The audience followed each card player on large TV screens. This acted as a slight healing balm to the kibitzers, but they stii fidgeted and whispered excitedly among themselves, casting longing glances at the area directly behind the players’ chairs. Veteran gin enthusiasts called my contest with José Lass man the most exciting game of the entire Tournament. Lass man was a strong favorite to win the tournament. Earlier in the day he had elemi note Hank Green spun, editor of the Las Vegas Sun, another favorite. I was considered an underdog. Toward the end of my game with Lass man, when we were both within twenty-five points of victory, I heard a loud cry from the audience watching play at the other table. One of the officials walked by as I was shuffling the cards. What happened?” I asked him. He informed me, Mr. Sleater needed a few points to go out and made a quick knock, but Mr. Shubin undercut him. Acting strictly on a hunch, I made a mental note that I would not nsk losing the game by an undereut. I would wait for Lass man to knock or I’d get gin on him.

It was a decision I was never to regret. After a few minutes I was able to knock. But I didn’t. A few plays later Lass man picked a card from the deck and dropped it face down—meaning it was a hot card. Instead of putting it in his hand and studying it and taking bis time, he seemed to panic and threw it in the discard pile. I picked it up faster than I ever picked up a card in my life, went gin—and I was in the finals. Later I met Lass man. He was wandering around in a daze mumbling, I should have won... I should have won. He sorrowfully related that he had his cards analyzed and that if I hadn’t played my intuitive flash and had knocked, he had a layoff on my hand that, while it wouldn’t have given him the game, would have stopped me from going out.

Game Review: Finders Keepers by Dustin Caro

Finders Keepers, a new release from Jenkat Games, is quite a challenge for anyone who likes Flash games. I was hooked in the early rounds and have been playing it every day for a week.
The object of the game is to gather floating items and swimming things and haul them onto your boat. Each item wins you some dollars, which go toward reaching the amount you need to get to the next level. If you end up with more money than you need when the time runs out, you win and proceed to the next round. And if you are especially good at reeling in the sea's treasures, all that extra cash caries over and goes towards the next level's goal. Do well enough in the early levels and you don't have to sweat as much in
the later.
Playing through several levels -- on the easiest of the four difficulty settings, because my trap line skills are not yet world class -- was an intuitive snap. The controls thoughtfully allow players to guide Floyd (the main character) with either the mouse or the keyboard. I found the later a bit quicker to grasp, especially because all you need are the four arrow keys. Left and right move the boat. Up tosses a bomb to destroy whatever you've hooked if you decided taking the time to get it into your boat isn't worth it. This key also will turn Goldie the Cat loose with his bag of gadgets. Whenever he's holding something, just hit it (or click on him) and you'll be treated to some helpful pyrotechnics or a super, treasure gathering vacuum. The down key drops your trap line hopefully netting you something valuable. If you would rather do all of this with the mouse, Finders Keepers is happy to accommodate. They make it easy to play game.
Between levels, you get to visit the nice Eskimo girl's store, where you can buy items like additional bombs and cogs, which increase the speed your trap line swings. But spending cash on these nifty tchotchkes reduces what you have in your wallet to start the next level. That makes it harder to meet your needed money quota so try to find a balance between saving and buying things to make fishing easier. As with most Flash games there are cheats but I have yet to find them.
The deluxe version, only available as a game download, adds some new features like three game modes, multiplayer, and more. Like the best online games, Finders Keepers is quick to jump in to and addictive in that "Oh, I have time for just one more level" sort of way.

SKIES OF WAR: Fun Beyond My Imaginationby: Steve Page

I am keen interested to play web games. Whenever, I become free from my studies, I spend my free time with web games. My excitement increases in my holidays because I know that I will enjoy with my interest. However, there are lots of means to enjoy holidays. I like web games most. Web games give chance to concentrate and to make strategy for success in any thing. Web games teach technique and diplomacy for implementation of any plan properly.

Various game websites having lots of exciting games provide innumerable games under different categories. I like some game sites addictinggames, miniclip , gamelinks providing numbers of exciting and interesting games for fun and enjoyment. I got a game Skies of War from miniclip which is created and owned by youdagames.

They have also similar game named ‘Rail of War’. Application of equipments and surroundings in this game were so interesting that I involved myself completely to play the game. I played this game number of times. Finally I purchased the CD Cassette of game ‘Rail of War’. I thought that the full version of game ‘Skies Of War’ would also be interesting in the same ratio. I bought the CD Cassette of this game also which was cheaper than ‘Rail of War’.

I started to play game ‘Skies Of War’. I found that game is becoming harder in the next level. My interest and my enthusiasm grew up. I continued the game in interesting arena and crossed 2nd and 3rd level easily. Latest Aircraft Weapons, different Aircrafts and different kinds of trains attracted me a lot and helped me a lot to cross the next level. I was surprised that along with these latest technical means, support of 5 Mega Huge Backgrounds including bigger grass map, desert map, super jungle map was there to play the game in the next level with full fun and excitement.

The interesting thing of this game was to make the enemies completely helpless in the next level. There were lots of disturbances and they were destroyed through control keys. Control keys to move helicopter in hover mode and key ‘R’ for full roll made the game interesting. Difficulties came and I crossed the 7th level of the game by using Propaganda Leaflets, Emp Bomb, Carpet Bomb, Fuel Bomb and Double Machine Gun and I was excited in this level of the game.

I faced more difficulties in the 8th level of the game and I tried more than 3-4 times to cross this level of the game. My excitement and difficulties to cross this level of the game was taking place simultaneously. I was enjoying myself against these difficulties and the surprising thing was that I was not making bore myself and ultimately I crossed this level. I was fully excited after crossing the 8th level of the game and was in full enthusiasm to cross the 9th level of the game.

My enthusiasm went down when I was struck in the 9th level of the game. Difficulty in the game was increasing according to the level and I was completely puzzled in this level of the game. My excitement was forcing me to cross this level any how and at any cost. I tried more than 5-6 times but I failed. Using my enthusiasm and Aircrafts weaponized by Gun Slots, Bomb Slots, Missile Slots ultimately I crossed the 9th level of the game.

My excitement was on pick point in the last level of the game and I was dedicated to win the game any how. My attempt to win the game was going in vein and I tried more than 7-8 times to win with all possibilities. Finally, I used my diplomacy and unlocked planes, weapons and single mission maps and won the war. You would not imagine that my ecstasy was at which point and I was out of control after this victory. In fact I forgot my routine work while I was playing this game. This victory compelled me to play the game again and I played.

My thirst to play this game is not ending yet. I can’t stop myself to play this game again. I don’t feel bore after playing this game. In fact, I become more enthusiastic to play this game again. I think now that I can use my holiday’s timings with YoudaGames’s flash games collections.

YoudaGames have created around 10+ games, however they have very huge collection of flash games in different categories. They have very nice interface and graphics. I am really impressed with such type of interesting and enthusiastic graphics. They have categorized their games. They have so many categories like, Action, Puzzle, Racing, Platform, Strategy, Zigiz etc. I have played so many games under the category of Action games that I feel myself as a action hero.

Action Game ‘Skies Of War’ entertained me to a great extent and it was really beyond my imagination. It’s a great game and so was Rail Of War.I will come up with more exciting games which I feel more enthusiastic. I am also planning to create website where I can introduce games and people can write reviews for further modifications. I will update soon meanwhile you enjoy with ‘Skies Of War’.

So, have fun and enjoy yourself with ‘Skies Of War’.

World of Warcraft characters and their unique skills

World of Warcraft characters have a number of ways they can earn money inside the game. Weapons and armor can get rather expensive, and almost everyone with a World of Warcraft account finds they need some way to make money. One of the most popular ways to do so is with a skill called herbalism. World of Warcraft characters have several jobs, or professions, that they can choose to train in order to make money. Cooking is one that anyone can train in, as is fishing. However, with primary professions, World of Warcraft characters can select only two to work with, limiting the number of people who can do a specific skill. As players spend time in their World of Warcraft account practicing their professions they’ll become more skilled and able to make better and more valuable items to sell.

Herbalism is one of the most popular choices, and nearly everyone with a World of Warcraft account has tried it at some point or another. It is a primary profession, so characters can only select one other profession to train, if they choose to learn herbalism. Doing so, however, gives them the ability to make many useful items. Herbalist World of Warcraft characters learn how to find and gather a wide variety of plants scattered throughout the game world. These plants aren’t especially valuable in and of themselves, but it is possible to turn many of them into potions that can greatly help other characters.

That skill, however, requires the alchemy profession, a closely related one. World of Warcraft characters with the alchemy skill can take the plants gathered and turn them into potions. Most often, playing a World of Warcraft account requires a wide variety of potions, especially those that heal. Regaining health lost in the middle of a dangerous situation can be very important. That’s not all the potions can do, however. There are potions to increase the World of Warcraft characters speed, give them the ability to breathe underwater, resist fire, and more.

Herbalists and alchemists are two professions that rely on each other to a great extent. Often, they’re embodied in the same character. Many players on a World of Warcraft account would see the sense in being able to gather herbs and quickly turn them into valuable potions. However, the interplay between the two professions is one of the aspects of the game that makes having a World of Warcraft account such fun. The design of the game virtually requires that players interact and be willing to trade with each other. It is entirely possible, though perhaps difficult, to have alchemist World of Warcraft characters who purchased all of their herbs on the market, then turned them to the potions they could sell.

The existence of a functioning and capable market is one of the aspects that make the game so intriguing, not only to players but to scientists studying social interactions. The millions of people with a World of Warcraft account offer a unique laboratory with which to study market behavior and other human social interactions.

It can be hard to get gold playing your world of warcraft account but, with the herbalist or alchemist world of warcraft characters it’s easy.

Halo 2 Multiplayer Tips for Beginners and Advanced playersby

frHere are some general tips from an advanced player for all of you who are looking for an edge in this game. You may know some or all the things in this article depending on your skill level. Even if you are an expert player this article should help you remember the fundamental that make you a good player. This article focuses on individual fighting tips, perhaps a future article will address team strategy.

Weapon Combos:
From close range you can hit for a lot more damage when holding two weapons. From a distance, the battle rifle is the weapon of choice if you cannot get your hands on a sniper rifle. My favorite combo for quick kills is the plasma rifle/smg combo and the pistol/smg combo. If you aim at the opponents head and they don’t aim at your head, like most people, they will be wondering how they died so fast. The plasma rifle combo is better against multiple opponents and the pistol is more effective against single opponents. This is because the pistol runs out of ammo quickly. If you can find a plasma pistol, the plasma pistol/smg combo is not bad, but it leaves you vulnerable if you miss the charged shot or if there are multiple opponents.

Plasma Pistol/Battle Rifle:
This in my opinion is the ultimate combo. If you are at close to medium range, hit them with the plasma pistol and shoot them in the head with the battle rifle. At long range, pick them off with the battle rifle. This is a frustrating combo to fight against when the opponent is good. This is one of the reasons you see a lot of Human Slayer games now.

Grenades:
This is one of the things that separate good players from weaker ones. It takes a lot of practice to become an expert with grenades, but it is one of the easiest ways to kill someone. Use common sense, throw the grenade where the player will be not where they are right now. If you see someone running towards you, backup behind a wall and throw a grenade in their path. If you are surrounded, try to get off two grenades and you will sometimes get several kills. If you hit someone with a frag grenade, and you hit them in the head with a battle rifle, they die in one shot.

Melee:
If you are shooting someone and you can walk up to them, melee them if you can. Sometimes it is better to back up rather than melee. For example if you are dual wielding and did not get the first shot off against a single wielder, back off so you kill him rather than get meleed. Don’t forget that you lunge slightly when you melee, so use that to your advantage.

Where to walk:
Try to flank people as much as possible. For example if you are on top of big base sniping and you see someone on the radar coming up, look through or jump through the hole behind you and take them out. On ivory tower, if you are at the top and see someone coming from dark side, jump down a level and flank them. Do not run into rooms with more than one enemy, let them come to you or weaken them with grenades first, it is much easier to kill them that way.
Summary: The #1 tip I can give you is to aim for the head no matter what weapon you are using, except the shotgun. You will kill them a lot faster. Other than that, learn the maps and the weapon combos that work best in different situations.

Ten Must Own Games for Super Nintendo

Hundreds of games were released for Super Nintendo during the consoles lifetime. There are so many, that it can be hard to choose which you want to buy for your collection. Below is a list of the top ten must own games for the SNES and why they should be in your collection.

10. Donkey Kong Country - Play as Donkey Kong as he tries to get back all his stolen bananas, serves him right for stealing Peach from Mario in the original Donkey Kong arcade game. The first game ever made with pre-rendered 3D graphics so for an SNES game it looks really good. A fun game with lots of replay value because there are different things to collect in each level.

9. Super Mario Kart - The first kart racing game ever. You get to race around a track and shoot objects at your opponents to slow them down. Good as a single player game, but great with multi-player. Racing against a friend or battling is one of the first great multi-player experiences on a console.

8. Tetris and Dr. Mario - Two great puzzle games on one cartridge. The classic Tetris with improved graphics (color) and virus busting Dr. Mario puzzler too. For puzzle fans these are two of the best and are good for hundreds of hours of fun.

7. Starfox - This paved the way for the 3D games we all play today. It was the first major game to use 3D models for all graphics. You play as Fox McCloud and fly a space ship as you try to shoot down enemies, fly through hoops, and defeat gigantic bosses. Fox McCloud is now a playable character is the Super Smash Bros series so you an see his start in this game.

6. Super Punch-Out - The follow up to Mike Tyson's Punch-Out of NES. This game has better graphics, new characters, and even appearances by your old favorites. The game is just fun to play. Funny characters, a slow increase in difficulty, weaknesses you have to learn. You will enjoy this boxing game, especially if you played the original.

5. NBA Jam - "He's On Fire". Anyone who has played this game will remember this line from the announcers. Any time one player makes three baskets they literally light up on fire and can make shots from anywhere. One of the original arcade style sports games where you can push and hit other players and it doesn't follow the typical rules of basketball. See if you can find "Big Head" mode and other hidden easter eggs that change your players appearance.

4. Zelda Link to the Past - The sequel to Zelda on NES, Link to the Past is an adventure game through Hyrule with great puzzles, new weapons, and incredible game play. Link has to navigate between light and dark worlds as he makes his way to save Princess Zelda. Many people think LTTP is their favorite Zelda game, which considering the other great Zelda games is saying quite a lot.

3. Super Mario RPG - A rare game that can be hard to find, but worth it. Its a very funny RPG taking place in the Mushroom Kingdom with all the Mario characters including Bowser, Peach, Toad, and more. Mario RPG makes fun of past Mario games and leads to the Mario and Luigi RPG and Paper Mario games. It was developed by Square, who are well known for their RPG Final Fantasy RPG games.

2. Super Metroid - The sequel to the original Metroid for Nintendo. Super Metroid has more weapons, new areas to explore and a more difficult bosses. Consistently rated in the many top 100 lists, it was rated the best game of all time by Electronic Gaming Monthly. Its fantastic level design is often seen as a pinnacle in game development.

1. Super Mario World - The launch game for Super Nintendo and the most popular game on the system in terms of sales. Super Mario World takes the Mario game ideas from Super Mario 3 and adds better graphics, better sound, and even more levels. Yoshi makes his first appearance this game too. Super Mario World has a 97% rating at gamerankings.com, one of the highest of any game ever made.

If any of these games aren't in your gaming collection you should try to buy them. All ten games of these games are great gaming experiences that every gamer will enjoy.

Xbox 360 Bundle Deals

The benefits of buying a bundle

Xbox 360 bundles are complete packages that include the console, and one or more games and/or extra peripherals - every thing you need to allow you to take your console home and get started right away.

When you buy your new Xbox 360, whether it's an Elite, Premium or core version, it's a good idea to consider buying it as a bundle deal. There are several reasons why this would be of benefit to the buyer. Buying an Xbox 360 as a bundle will enable you to plug in and play right away instead of having the task of deciding on a suitable game/games to buy afterwards, and perhaps shopping around for the cheapest prices if bought separately. This adds to the time and hassle spent on the buying process. Since games can be pricey, an Xbox 360 bundle will also save you money in terms of; if you spend a little more, you actually get the games/extra peripherals at a discounted price - after all, you will obviously be buying at least one game to go with your new Xbox 360. What use would the console be on its own? If time is an issue, buying a complete package would certainly be something to consider. In addition, an Xbox 360 bundle will also give you a great start to building your library of games.

Buying everything individually from a retail store can be a costly business so it pays to shop around and compare prices. There are many large retail companies selling Xbox 360 bundles, each competing for your business and perhaps reducing their price by a few pounds to get the sale. This kind of competitiveness is good for the customer. You can find many Xbox 360 bundles online and more often than not, cheaper than retail and highstreet prices. Online stores are a good place to find bargains as they do not have the costly overheads to cover as with physical stores, so great savings can be found.

When a new video games console is first released, there is a lot of hype surrounding it. Prices are at their highest and consoles are often sold as a bundle with new exciting games to entice the buyer. A few months down the line prices start to fall a little and bundle deals get better so you get more for your money. New upgrades of the console de-value the previous versions allowing you to get even better value for money so sometimes it pays to wait.

If you are going to buy an Xbox 360, the best advice would be to consider buying an Xbox 360 bundle, shop around and compare prices so you get the best possible deal. Why pay more?

Playstation 2 Games

So you like playing playstation 2 games do you? You’re a gaming
vidiot who absolutely addicted to video games. Well this little
write up will give you some history about video games. They
truly have progress in the last 20 years. The graphics and game
designs are unbelievable nowadays. There certainly is no
comparison to the type of video games we had growing up. You
basically can now enjoy a home arcade. Combine a big screen tv
and a sweet surround sound you may never leave the house.

Do you remember the video games we played as kids? I mean the
ones in the 80s. We had the ever-popular Pac-Man, Asteroids, and
Centipeed. Those outstanding innovations were the bomb! I can
recall playing Pitfall on my Atari and thinking, it doesn't get
any better than this. Okay, so I was wrong. Apparently it gets a
lot better than that. In fact, it continues to get better as
time moves on.

Are you a big PS2 fan? I was astounded when this console came
out. The big pitch didn't only concern the playstation 2 games,
but also the DVD option. That's right; you could actually use
your PS2 as a DVD player as well. Folks loved this convenient
option. Suddenly they didn't need to purchase a DVD player. It
was an all-in-one deal. What a bargain! I recall the first time
I headed over to my brother's humble abode to check out his PS2
and his new playstation 2 games.

No doubt about it electronics are always continuously
improving. It's a never-ending cycle of fun and amusement. For
example, check out some of the more recent playstation 2 games.
Wow, what a difference from the old-school Atari. I mean, the
game depths alone are amazing. People around the world enjoy
these new-age playstation 2 games on a daily basis. Do you have
the latest ones?

Wow can you believe how much video games have evolved. I truly
can’t believe the overall progression of video games. We covered
games such as Pac-man and Pitfall. Back in the day if you didn’t
have Atari you lived under a rock. Remember how you use to
change the speed level of the game on Atari. You would switch it
from slow to fast. All it did was speed up the processing of the
game. I found lots of great recreational information at this
site. http://www.cmminformation.com. How about playing pong? I
actually bought Atari about 5 years ago at a flea market. It
cost me like $20 bucks and it came with like 50 games. It was
fun playing Asteroids on a big screen Tv.

Considering I lost touch with the video game craze since my
first Nintendo, I was utterly flabbergasted at the realistic
graphics and sound effects. These new playstation 2 games are
just so real. The people are so much different than the classic
Atari figures. No more stick men. There was anything from
martial arts games to sports games to spy adventures. Who
wouldn't love playstation 2 games?

These days children across America take great pleasure in
playstation 2 games. They contend with their peers, and battle
the bad guys for as long as their parents will let them. One of
the great benefits of the PS2 is the versatility. Regardless if
you had a PS1, you can play all those old games on your PS2 as
well. How cool is that? If you're on the lookout for new
playstation 2 games, you can browse your local Best Buy and
Target stores, or simply delve into cyberspace for some
incomparable deals. Buy used playstation 2 games for half the
price. With the world at your fingertips, you will surely find
that playstation 2 game you're searching for.

Video game nation is what we should call our country.
Playstation 2 games absolutely are in a league of their own.
There is absolutely no comparison between Playstation 2 games to
the Atari games we played as children. You practically have to
peel your kids off the video games just to get their attention.
The realistic graphics that playstation 2 games provide is
simply amazing. Nothing compares to this level of graphic
detail. Will the video game market or playstation 2 market ever
plateau you ask? Only time will tell.

Warhammer Online

War is everywhere in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning (WAR), the new MMORPG from the creators of Dark Age of Camelot®. Based on Games Workshop's popular Warhammer® fantasy war game, WAR features next generation Realm vs. Realm™ (RvR) game play that will immerse players in a world of perpetual conflict. Upon entering WAR, players must determine their allegiance and join an Army. Those inclined towards the side of good may fight for the Armies of Order as an obstinate Dwarf, noble High Elf, or loyal human soldier of the Empire. Those inclined towards darker deeds may side with the sinister Armies of Destruction as a savage Greenskin (Orc or Goblin), corrupt Dark Elf, or marauding human worshipper of Chaos. RvR combat takes place on three fronts where ancient foes wage an unending war – Dwarfs vs. Greenskins, High Elf vs. Dark Elf, and Empire vs. Chaos. Players begin the game fighting their ancestral enemy, but are free to journey to other fronts to help their allies in their ongoing struggles. The ultimate goal in RvR combat is the sacking of an enemy's capital city. To do this, an army must invade and take control of the opposition's homeland. Deciding battles take place on objective-based battlefields and in instanced scenarios - point-balanced battles that make use of NPC mercenaries known as Dogs of War. For the first time, WAR's RvR system integrates both Player vs. Player (PvP) combat and Player vs. Environment (PvE) quests on the same map. Every aspect of the game, including PvE missions, is geared towards the greater war in some important way. However, players are not required to participate in PvP combat, and may aid in the RvR war effort and enjoy the game in its entirety via PvE content.

Surviving Halo 3

With the release of Halo 3, Bungie has now completed the Epic Halo Trilogy. Halo 3 concludes the tale for Master Chief and his alien sidekick Cortana. Bungie has certainly upped the ante when they made the final installment. A lot of the components of Halo 3 are familiar to old previous player, although some of the new weapons and terrains take some getting used to. In Halo 3, the Normal levels are easier than in Halo 2. This is because of Bungie’s effort to reach an audience of casual players. So, we suggest that if you have played Halo in the past (even in a Normal Level) try to challenge yourself and play Legendary or Heroic.

New challenges abound in the world of Halo 3. If you are new to the game or just haven’t played in a while, you are bound to start of your experience by dying frequently. To help you along, here are tips on surviving Halo 3:

Master your gadgets – With any game, you must know how to handle your weapons. Master it so that you can whip it out in a blink of an eye. It is also important to know which weapons you should use for a particular opponent. Halo 3 has a very useful feature - the dual wielding ability that allows you to handle two weapons at the same time. Master this feature and use it wisely.

Know your enemies – Like knowing your weapons you should also know your enemies. Some of them are easier to destroy than others. Some panic under pressure and others fall apart when you destroy the Brute leader. Another important tip when killing an opponent is to Aim for its Head. Hitting the head will require fewer shots from your part to take them down as compared with making body shots.

Get familiar with your surroundings – learn the ins and outs of your surroundings. Figure out where you can hide to shield yourself from enemy onslaught and try looking around to find bonus items you can use. Also, beware of the Skulls. The Skulls are important because they multiply your points, but they also have effects that range from helpful, or sometimes silly to downright frightening. Don’t hesitate to pick up a skull, they multiply points, just beware of their effects.

Will Halo 3 Live Up To The Hype?

I have been a fan of Halo since the introduction of the original game for X-Box. As a shooter game fan going all the way back to Quake in the mid 1990's I enjoy the first person viewing and found the creativity in creating the different aliens amusing, particularly the little squealers I like to call them.

In the trailer for Halo3 we see it open with a view of what remains of New Mombasa and through the haze and destruction we can see Master Chief but the image is covered by shots of Cortana, I think. She is speaking barely understandable lines like "this is how your world ends".

It looks like Master Chief has the MA5B Assault Rifle from Halo 1, his armor looks a bit different, Bungie company officials aren't confirming or denying much of anything. We have seen shots that show the assault rifle, a new alien weapon and a new alien, the M90 shotgun, and the Covenant beam rifle, which I loved. That was my favorite in Halo 2 for sniping aliens long range.

As I mentioned above it appears that Halo 3 takes place back on Earth which has been completed overrun and is now being controlled by the Covenant. In the teaser we see Covenant ships above a large excavation that Master Chief is looking into.

Some of the insider information that has been released is saying that the detail in the graphics will be incredible, such as being able to see the difference in Master Chief's Armor and his rubber undersuit and that you will be able to see the reflection of whatever is in front of him in his visor if you zoom in close.

One rumor that has been quelled is that of release dates for Halo 3 and the much anticipated Halo movie which is being directed by Peter Jackson of Lord of the Rings fame. It is also being hinted that contrary to what has been published to date, this may not be the end of the Halo games.

The game engine has reportedly seen a major upgrade and graphics are much better. They have also made it easier to create custom games for multiplayer modes. I guess it all remains to be seen, but I can't wait for both, the release of the game and the movie. The game will be the must have game of the year as far as I am concerned and if Jackson pulls off the same kind of recreation of Halo that he did for Tolkien's Lord of the Rings we are all in for a treat.
